Net Announcements is like a majordomo or mreply mailing list, but only one way. A way to contact users who are subscribed to a unique list when ever needed. This is the main purpose of the script  (Mailing List)
From a subscribers point of view, he or she may subscribe themselves to a list or lists, run by you and the script. When subscribing they may also fill in a comments box for any words they may have for the site contact. They also have the option of entering their email address, pressing the edit button on the front page to view the list of Lists you're running which they're subscribed to. There they have the option of removing their email address from the list

From the Owner/Admin side you may do everything needed easily to run your lists. Create & Delete private and public lists, edit a lists subscriber file, view the number of subscribers to each list, and send an email out to a list or choose to send the mail out to All Lists.

Other features of Net Announcements are a confirmation letter emailing the owner/admin and user who has subscribed, stating what lists they have subscribed to, and if they have succeeded or their email address was already found in that particular list, thus not allowing a double entry to a list.

Note: - Not designed for bulk emailing.

**This is a very nice Poll Script! I must admit, these scripts probably have the easiest to understand, step by step instructions I have ever seen in a cgi script.
